Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. 
Delivery times vary by destination, most EU orders arrive within 3–12 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping costs are displayed before completing your purchase. Additional cahrges due to local taxes/tariffs may vary and are to be paid by the customer, check local laws before ordering.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email or via our returns portal before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return (e.g., customized products, or sealed hygiene items once unsealed), as permitted under EU law.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
  • We do not refund return shipping fees. Exceptions apply for items that arrive in bad condition, see section 6.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund for the product price (excluding original shipping and return shipping fees).
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 calendar days after we receive the goods or proof of return shipment.
  • If only part of your order is returned, the corresponding portion of the original shipping cost may not be refunded.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs or attempt to provide another suitable resolution.
